Job Description
Duroply Industries Limited is hiring a Plant HR Operations Senior Executive for its Delhi Corporate Office located in Kirti Nagar. The role is responsible for managing all human resource functions related to manufacturing plant operations including manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, performance management, training, and employee engagement. The selected candidate will ensure smooth workforce operations while supporting production goals and maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Manpower Planning
Coordinate plant-level hiring for workers, staff, and supervisors.
Manage onboarding and induction processes.
Support workforce planning based on production requirements.
Coordinate with staffing agencies and contractors.
Employee Relations & Industrial Relations
Maintain healthy employee and union relationships.
Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Conduct counseling sessions and conflict resolution.
Support collective bargaining and union negotiations where applicable.
Attendance & Payroll Management
Monitor attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
Validate payroll inputs and overtime records.
Coordinate with payroll teams for timely salary processing.
Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws and factory regulations.
Maintain records related to Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance (ESI), Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour regulations, and Factory Act requirements.
Coordinate audits and inspections.
Performance Management
Support performance appraisal processes.
Track KPIs and productivity metrics.
Assist managers in goal setting and employee development.
Learning & Development
Identify training needs for plant employees.
Organize technical, behavioral, and safety training programs.
Maintain training records and compliance requirements.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
Conduct engagement activities and employee events.
Manage welfare initiatives, canteen, transportation, and facilities coordination.
Promote a positive workplace culture.
HR Reporting & MIS
Prepare monthly HR dashboards and reports.
Track attrition, absenteeism, recruitment status, and manpower utilization.
Maintain HR documentation and employee records.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.
Required Skills
Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Industrial Relations (IR) experience.
Payroll and attendance management.
Recruitment and workforce planning.
Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
MS Excel, HRMS, and ERP systems knowledge.
Working Schedule
Monday to Saturday with third Saturday off.
