Executive HR Operations Location: Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 Per Month + Benefits Experience: 3-4 Years Industry Preference: • Manufacturing • Industrial Sector Qualification: • MBA (HR) • MPM • PGDBM (HR) Key Skills: • HR Operations • Employee Lifecycle Management • Payroll Management • Attendance Management • Full & Final Settlement • Statutory Compliance • PF, ESIC & Gratuity Administration • HRMS/HRIS Management • Performance Management • Employee Engagement • Grievance Handling • Training & Development Role Responsibilities: • Manage employee onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle processes. • Handle payroll coordination, attendance management, incentives, bonus processing, and full & final settlements. • Administer PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Mediclaim, Workmen Compensation (WC), and Group Personal Accident (GPA) policies. • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR documentation standards. • Support performance management processes, appraisals, confirmations, and probation reviews. • Coordinate training and development initiatives across the organization. • Drive employee engagement activities and handle employee grievances. • Implement HR policies and support day-to-day HR operational activities. • Manage HRMS/HRIS systems and maintain accurate employee records and data. Requirements: • 3-4 years of experience in HR Operations. • Hands-on experience in HRMS/HRIS, Payroll, and Statutory Compliance. • Manufacturing or Industrial sector experience preferred. • Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements. • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi. • Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
