As the organization continues its rapid expansion, it is hiring an HR Executive ā Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations to strengthen recruitment through campus hiring, bulk hiring, recruitment analytics, operational excellence, and talent pipeline development.
The selected candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Marketing, Corporate, Hospitality, Wellness, Operations, and Support Functions. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, employee referrals, consultants, social media, and networking platforms, conducting HR screening interviews, coordinating interviews with business leaders, managing salary negotiations, preparing offer letters, completing onboarding documentation, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
The role involves developing strong relationships with MBA colleges, Engineering colleges, Business Schools, Hotel Management Institutes, and Universities. The candidate will plan and execute campus recruitment drives across South India, coordinate internship programs, Management Trainee hiring, Graduate Hiring, Freshers Recruitment, organize job fairs, placement drives, career talks, walk-in recruitment events, and build a sustainable annual campus hiring pipeline.
The HR Executive will lead bulk hiring campaigns for Sales Executives, Business Development Executives, Relationship Managers, Marketing Executives, Digital Marketing Executives, CRM Executives, Telecalling Executives, Customer Support, Operations Executives, Front Office, Sales Coordinators, Sales Interns, Marketing Interns, Management Trainees, Graduate Engineer Trainees, and Hospitality professionals. Responsibilities also include maintaining Applicant Tracking Systems, recruitment databases, background verification, onboarding documentation, recruitment compliance, hiring trackers, and recruitment status reports.
The role requires developing and maintaining comprehensive recruitment dashboards using Advanced Microsoft Excel. The candidate will prepare Daily Recruitment Trackers, Weekly Hiring Dashboards, Monthly Recruitment MIS, Open Position Trackers, Offer Trackers, Joining Trackers, Candidate Funnel Reports, Recruitment Ageing Reports, Campus Hiring Trackers, Internship Hiring Trackers, Source Effectiveness Reports, Consultant Performance Trackers, Recruitment Cost Analysis reports, KPI and KRI dashboards, and recruitment insights for senior leadership. The incumbent will also improve recruitment workflows, reduce hiring turnaround time, standardize recruitment processes, strengthen employer branding, build talent pipelines, support HR automation initiatives, and ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
Candidates should possess an MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or be graduates with relevant recruitment experience and have 3ā6 years of Talent Acquisition experience. Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, campus hiring, university engagement, bulk hiring, recruitment operations, recruitment MIS, Advanced Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, Dashboards, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, stakeholder management, recruitment analytics, and hiring through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and social hiring platforms is essential. Experience in Hospitality, Real Estate, Retail, Healthcare, FMCG, EdTech, Staffing, or Recruitment Consulting is preferred. Immediate joiners or candidates serving short notice periods will be preferred.
