Job Description
CSML Group is hiring an HR Executive for its Mumbai office. The selected candidate will support day-to-day Human Resources operations by managing recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, attendance and leave management, payroll support, payslip generation, HR documentation, and MIS reporting. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels, screening resumes, conducting initial HR screening calls, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers, supporting onboarding formalities, maintaining employee records and personnel files, managing attendance, leave records, and timesheets, coordinating attendance data for payroll processing, generating and distributing employee payslips, preparing HR MIS reports related to attendance, recruitment, headcount, attrition, and payroll, drafting HR communications and employee letters, responding to employee HR queries, coordinating with internal departments, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring HR records are maintained accurately in compliance with company policies. Candidates should have good knowledge of HR operations, attendance management, payroll coordination, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, HRMS tools, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and the capability to manage multiple HR activities efficiently.
