Yes Advizors is hiring an HR Executive / HR Generalist for its client, one of Asia's leading Adventure Education organizations. The company operates in Business Consulting and Services with an employee size of 11-50. The selected candidate will gain hands-on exposure across the complete employee lifecycle and work in a dynamic, learning-focused environment. Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment support including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, employee onboarding, documentation and induction, HR operations, employee records management, HRMS administration, attendance and leave management, preparation of offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters and experience letters, employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, HR MIS reporting, database management, coordination with payroll and compliance teams, employee support, and implementation of HR policies. Candidates should have 0-1 year of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist functions with hands-on experience in HRMS platforms such as Odoo, GreytHR, Keka, Zoho People, Darwinbox, HRone, or similar software. Strong communication, coordination, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word are mandatory. Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
