Job Description
CASHurDRIVE is hiring a Payroll Executive to join its Human Resources team. The company operates in the Transit Media and Mobility Advertising industry with an employee size of 501-1,000. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end monthly payroll processing with accuracy and within defined timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, reimbursements, incentives, and statutory deductions, handling employee payroll queries, coordinating with internal stakeholders for smooth payroll operations, supporting salary structuring, CTC breakups, and payroll documentation, ensuring compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, and applicable Labour Laws, assisting in statutory and payroll audits by maintaining records and providing the required documentation, coordinating with payroll vendors and consultants for timely payroll processing and compliance, preparing payroll MIS reports, and maintaining payroll data with complete confidentiality. The ideal candidate should have exclusive payroll experience, strong knowledge of payroll processing and salary structures, statutory compliance, Indian Labour Laws, payroll audits, MS Excel, and payroll or HRMS tools along with excellent coordination and communication skills.
