MaxiMoney is looking for an HR Intern to support the company’s growing team and recruitment operations. MaxiMoney is a personal finance optimisation platform that helps Indians take control of their debt by reducing monthly EMIs and interest costs through simple and actionable financial solutions.
The HR Intern will work closely on recruitment activities and HR operations while gaining practical exposure to building hiring processes in a fast-growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for the Sales team. Experience in home loan or LAP hiring will be an added advantage.
Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring pipeline.
Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee queries.
Help build and improve recruitment processes as the company scales.
Requirements:
BBA or MBA pursuing candidates preferred.
Organized, proactive, and good with people.
Comfortable using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing tools or willing to learn quickly.
