Job Description
Shashwath Solution is hiring HR Operations Executives with Spanish language proficiency for its offices in Chennai, Noida, Bangalore, Gurugram, Pune and Mumbai. This is a full-time opportunity for candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities, handle onboarding, HR documentation, employee records and HR databases, coordinate with global teams, support payroll inputs, attendance management, leave tracking and HR compliance, prepare HR letters, contracts, reports and employee communications, assist with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling and onboarding activities, address employee queries related to HR policies and processes, maintain confidentiality of HR records and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve HR operational efficiency while ensuring timely completion of HR service requests. Candidates must have strong knowledge of HR operations, employee management processes and mandatory Spanish language proficiency. Knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS tools and documentation handling along with strong communication, coordination and organizational skills is required. Spanish language certification and prior experience in shared services, global HR operations or multinational environments will be an added advantage.
