SCALE is looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resources professional with 10+ years of progressive HR experience to lead and manage HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and business partnering functions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong hands-on execution capability, adept at using HRM software and driving training and development initiatives across the organization.
Own end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle management, HR compliance, policy implementation, and process improvement.
Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, HR documentation, and statutory compliance including PF, ESI, gratuity, labour laws, and other applicable requirements.
Drive HR audits, reporting, and dashboards for leadership review.
Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
Design and manage a seamless onboarding and induction process to ensure smooth new-hire integration.
Manage and optimize the organization's HRM or HRIS platform for employee data, payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and performance management.
Drive automation of HR processes and ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.
Evaluate, implement, or upgrade HR technology tools as needed.
Identify training needs across departments and design learning and development programs and calendars.
Coordinate with internal and external trainers and vendors for skill development, leadership training, and compliance training.
Track training effectiveness and maintain Learning and Development records.
Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to leadership and functional heads, aligning HR strategy with business goals.
Support performance management, employee engagement, retention strategies, and organizational development initiatives.
Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution with a solution-oriented approach.
Candidates should have 10+ years of overall HR experience with proven exposure to HR operations, recruitment, and onboarding.
Strong working knowledge of HRM or HRIS software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, Zoho People, Keka, or similar platforms is required.
Demonstrated experience in Training and Development program design and execution is required.
The candidate should have a proven track record as an HR Business Partner, working closely with business leaders.
Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance is required.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills are required.
The candidate should possess a strong analytical mindset with the ability to use HR data and metrics for decision-making.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. MBA or PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
