Opportunity Overview
The Human Resources Business Partner acts as a consultant for company management on all issues related to human resources. The role involves acting as a proactive communicator and change agent who successfully balances employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions. Note that this opportunity is looking for candidates based out of Bengaluru location only.
What You Are Expected to Do
Collect, track, and analyze basic HR metrics such as turnover, engagement scores, and exit trends to identify operational gaps and recommend incremental process improvements.
Serve as a trusted first point of contact for employees regarding queries, grievances, workplace ethics, and policies, addressing day-to-day conflict resolution with guidance and neutrality.
Support the execution of the annual HR cycle, including objective setting, mid-year and annual performance reviews, and merit administration, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
Coordinate and champion employee engagement, well-being, and Diversity and Inclusion (D and I) initiatives to build a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment.
Assist Senior HRBPs and managers in executing team-level people strategies, policy rollout, and organizational changes.
Participate in HR project workstreams, ensuring task-level deliverables and timelines are met consistently.
