Job Description
The HR Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations at the plant level, including manpower management, statutory compliance, and employee relations. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment for blue-collar and staff roles, coordinating interviews and onboarding, managing contract labor hiring, maintaining attendance, shift schedules, leave records, and preparing payroll inputs.
The role also involves ensuring statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, Bonus, and Gratuity, maintaining registers and documentation, and supporting audits. The candidate will handle employee queries, grievances, disciplinary actions, and ensure smooth shop-floor relations. Additionally, responsibilities include coordinating employee welfare activities and ensuring facilities like canteen, transport, and safety compliance.
