Job Description
We are hiring experienced professionals for UK Payroll roles at SME, Team Lead, and Manager levels. The role involves managing multiple client payrolls across weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cycles, handling end-to-end payroll processing including gross-to-net, P45s, deductions, compliance with UK regulations such as PAYE, NI, RTI, and statutory payments. Responsibilities also include pension auto-enrolment, resolving complex payroll queries, acting as client SPOC, leading and mentoring team members, and driving process improvements and system optimization.
