The company has over 10 million downloads and around 600,000 paid users.
Job responsibilities include developing and executing recruitment plans, sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals and social media, coordinating interviews and onboarding, maintaining HR compliance, managing ATS portals, conducting employee engagement activities, handling campus placements, managing retention strategies, and supporting bulk hiring especially for the Tamil Nadu region.
Requirements include strong communication skills in Telugu and English, ability to manage full-cycle recruitment, employee grievance handling, proficiency in MS Office, experience with hiring tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have 3-5 years of HR experience and a relevant graduation degree.
