Job Description
Responsible for overseeing end-to-end payroll operations across multiple EMEA countries ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll execution. Manages payroll processing teams as well as payroll input collection teams covering time & attendance, absences, bonuses, commissions, allowances, and other compensation inputs. Ensures payroll compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, statutory reporting, audits, and internal controls. Leads payroll vendor management and stakeholder coordination across HR, Finance, Legal, Tax, Mobility, and business teams. Oversees payroll reporting, reconciliations, system integrations, and drives process improvements, automation, and standardization.
