C We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to support daily HR operations. The role includes recruitment coordination, maintaining employee records, and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR functioning. Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interview scheduling), maintain and update employee records and HR databases, support onboarding and induction of new employees, handle attendance, leave records, and basic payroll coordination, prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and contracts, address employee queries and provide administrative support, coordinate employee engagement activities, and ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
