Responsibilities include strategic HR leadership, workforce planning, talent acquisition and bulk hiring, HR operations management, compliance and risk management, employee engagement, retention strategies, learning and development, and performance management. The candidate will drive HR strategy aligned with business expansion, ensure compliance with labour laws, build scalable HR systems, and deliver data-driven insights through HR dashboards. This role requires strong experience in hospitality, managing multi-location operations, and handling large workforce environments.
