The role includes sourcing talent through job portals and networking channels, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing recruitment pipelines, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. It also involves offer management, salary negotiations, onboarding support, and maintaining recruitment MIS, dashboards, and analytics. Strong focus is placed on stakeholder management, technical hiring, and recruitment operations in a fast-paced environment.
