Job Description
The role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment and HR operations in a fast-paced AI-first startup environment. Responsibilities include drafting job descriptions, managing job postings, sourcing candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, communities, WhatsApp groups, and agencies, and conducting initial screening interviews to assess role fit, communication, and cultural alignment. The role also owns the complete hiring lifecycle including sourcing, screening, coordination, offer management, and onboarding. Additional responsibilities include HR operations such as maintaining employee records, managing documentation, onboarding support, office policy adherence, and compliance. The role also involves employee engagement activities and regular employee check-ins while working closely with founders and leadership in a high-ownership setup.
