Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Analyst – Recruitment with hands-on experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring. The ideal candidate should be fast, detail-oriented, and execution-focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple requirements in a dynamic environment. Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within TAT.
