Responsible for managing HR Operations and Talent Acquisition. Key responsibilities include end-to-end employee lifecycle management (onboarding, performance management, exit), HR operations and administration, IT and niche hiring (RPA, BPM, AI/ML roles), employee engagement, grievance handling, payroll input coordination and validation, HRMS management, employee data handling, statutory compliance (PF/ESIC) and ISO documentation, vendor and contractor/freelancer management, employee benefits administration, recruitment lifecycle management from sourcing to onboarding, background verification and reference checks, HR analytics, reporting and dashboarding, and stakeholder management. Location: Mumbai. Work from Office.
