The nearest metro station is Sector 142 on the Aqua Line of the Noida Metro.
Fresh graduates with excellent verbal and written communication skills are encouraged to apply. Experienced professionals with 1β3 years of experience working with overseas or international clients, including calling and client-handling experience, will be highly preferred.
Candidates must be comfortable working from the office at Noida, Sector 142 and working the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST. Cab facility is available only for female employees.
Key Responsibilities
The Benefits Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the open enrollment process. The selected candidate will support cross-functional teams such as Underwriting, System Operations and Client Relations with renewal preparation activities.
The role includes validating client benefit plans, conducting quality checks and ensuring the accuracy of benefits-related data. The candidate will provide guidance to help maintain regulatory compliance and will present and deliver client renewals with minimal supervision.
The Benefits Associate will educate clients about benefit plans and available products. The candidate will coordinate with insurance carriers and vendors to resolve plan-related questions and assist employees in understanding available benefit options so they can make informed decisions.
The role also requires reviewing and generating reports to monitor open enrollment progress. The selected candidate will maintain accurate employee benefits information within HRIS platforms and ensure that all data is updated correctly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates must possess strong organizational, analytical, time-management and problem-solving skills. Experience working with HRIS platforms and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems are required.
The role requires excellent attention to detail and accuracy, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. Candidates should be able to manage project timelines, milestones and deliverables effectively.
