Job Description
Alp Consulting Ltd. is hiring an experienced RPO Account Manager to manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for a key client based at RMZ Ecoworld (Ecospace), Bellandur, Bengaluru. This role is ideal for recruitment professionals with strong experience in RPO, client account management, IT and Non-IT hiring, and stakeholder engagement. The selected candidate will lead recruitment delivery, manage client relationships, mentor recruitment teams, and ensure successful hiring outcomes while maintaining high service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the overall RPO account and own end-to-end recruitment delivery for IT and Non-IT hiring.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client hiring managers and HR stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Develop hiring strategies and support workforce planning to ensure timely fulfillment of client hiring requirements.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, service level agreements (SLAs), turnaround time (TAT), and hiring performance through reports and dashboards.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate recruitment teams to achieve hiring targets while maintaining recruitment quality.
• Conduct regular client review meetings and present hiring updates, market intelligence, recruitment insights, and process improvement recommendations.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless hiring operations.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment analytics, and MIS reports to improve recruitment efficiency.
• Continuously identify opportunities to optimize recruitment processes and enhance service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in RPO, Recruitment Account Management, or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong experience managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end IT and Non-IT recruitment delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), MIS reporting, and recruitment analytics.
• Excellent communication, leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is an added advantage.

• Professionals with extensive experience managing RPO accounts and recruitment delivery.
• Candidates capable of leading high-performing recruitment teams and building long-term client partnerships.
• Individuals with strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a passion for delivering recruitment excellence.
• Candidates willing to work from the client location at RMZ Ecoworld (Ecospace), Bellandur, Bengaluru, on a 5-day Work From Office model.
