VBeyond Corporation is looking for a dynamic HR leader for the Senior Manager ā People Experience role in the Supply Chain function. The role focuses on building exceptional employee experiences and driving large-scale people initiatives across the South Region.
The position will be responsible for managing the People Experience function across 30+ cities and supporting a 3,000+ blue-collar workforce. The role involves leading Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, workforce planning, and implementing people strategies aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the People Experience function across the South Region, supporting multiple cities and a large blue-collar workforce.
Lead Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, and workforce planning initiatives.
Build and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives and define success metrics for the function.
Partner with operational leaders to improve workforce productivity and operational efficiency.
Oversee attendance management, payroll processes, compliance, and statutory HR requirements.
Drive employee engagement, culture-building, rewards and recognition programs, and people NPS initiatives.
Manage employee escalations and ensure a positive workplace experience.
Support annual HR cycles including performance management, promotions, compensation reviews, succession planning, and engagement surveys.
Stay updated with HR best practices, employment laws, and emerging people technologies.
