Jobaaj is hiring for a Head of Human Resources role for one of its leading clients in Bangalore. The position is focused on leading HR strategy, building organisational capabilities, and driving people initiatives in an engineering or manufacturing-driven environment.
Preferred Background:
Candidates from EV, Automotive, Battery, Power Electronics, Industrial Electronics, Manufacturing, or Deep-Tech Product Companies will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead HR strategy aligned with business goals and organisational growth plans.
Drive organisation design, workforce planning, talent management, and performance management initiatives.
Manage HR operations and ensure effective implementation of people processes.
Handle both white-collar and blue-collar workforce management.
Develop and execute talent strategies to attract, retain, and develop employees.
Ensure compliance with industrial relations, labour laws, employee relations, and statutory requirements.
Partner with Founders and CXOs to support business growth and organisational transformation.
Build a high-performance culture through effective HR practices and employee engagement.
Required Skills & Experience:
10–15 years of experience in Human Resources leadership roles.
Strong HR leadership experience in engineering or manufacturing-driven organisations.
Expertise in HR Strategy, Organisation Design, Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Performance Management, and HR Operations.
Strong knowledge of Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, Employee Relations, and Compliance.
Experience managing diverse workforce groups including white-collar and blue-collar employees.
Strong stakeholder management experience with Founders, CXOs, and senior leadership teams.
