Feline Media Private Limited is a growing digital media company led by news content creator Sarthak Goswami, creating engaging content across YouTube and social media platforms. The company produces documentaries, news-based content, entertainment formats, and other digital-first productions. The organisation is looking for an energetic and organised HR Manager who understands the fast-paced nature of the media industry and can help attract, hire, and onboard creative talent.
The selected candidate will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding selected candidates. The role involves hiring creative and media professionals including Video Editors, Content Writers, Scriptwriters, Producers, Researchers, Graphic Designers, and other production roles.
The candidate will source talent through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, professional communities, and employee referrals. Responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating assignments and interview rounds, working closely with team leads to understand role requirements, maintaining an active talent pipeline, drafting job descriptions, publishing job openings, coordinating offer letters, joining formalities, employee documentation, and onboarding activities.
The role also includes maintaining employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation, supporting employee engagement initiatives, performance discussions, internal HR communication, following up with candidates, and ensuring a professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Candidates should have 1ā2 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition. Prior experience hiring for creative, digital media, production, advertising, or content-related roles is preferred. The ideal candidate should understand the skills required for video editing, writing, research, and production roles, possess strong sourcing and candidate screening abilities, have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, strong organisational and follow-up skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred candidates will have previous recruitment experience with a media company, creative agency, production house, or digital marketing agency. Experience evaluating creative portfolios, showreels, writing samples, and hiring assignments along with familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms will be an advantage.
