V Connect Job is hiring a Recruitment Specialist for its Andheri, Mumbai office. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, and recruitment consultancies, screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates based on job requirements, conducting initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, maintaining recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring records, following up with candidates on interview feedback, documentation, offer rollout, and joining formalities, building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements, coordinating with external recruitment agencies and consultants, ensuring timely closure of open positions within defined hiring timelines, preparing recruitment reports and hiring updates for management, and delivering a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously, good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and recruitment tracking tools, and strong organizational and coordination skills.
