Fast Track Jobs Consultancy is hiring for the position of HR Operations Manager / Sr Manager for a Construction / Real Estate organization based in Pune. We are looking for experienced HR professionals with strong expertise in HR Operations and employee lifecycle management.
The ideal candidate should have 10ā20 years of overall HR experience with minimum 3 years of experience in the recent company and a total 10+ years of experience in the Construction or Real Estate industry. Candidates must have experience handling a workforce of 800+ employees. The role requires strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll management, statutory compliance, HRIS administration, HR policies, and process improvement.
The selected candidate will lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, HRIS management, policy implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives while delivering an excellent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage payroll processing, full and final settlements, leave administration, and employee benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, POSH, BOCW, and other relevant regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Manage HRIS, employee databases, HR analytics, and reporting to ensure data accuracy.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, and operational processes.
Coordinate internal and external audits while ensuring HR documentation is complete and compliant.
Partner with Finance, IT, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless HR operations.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and other HR operational matters.
Manage employee insurance and Mediclaim administration including claim processing and query resolution.
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR Operations team while managing relationships with HR vendors and service providers.
Required Qualifications:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline.
12+ years of HR experience with at least 8+ years in HR Operations for the Construction industry.
Strong knowledge of payroll, labour laws, statutory compliance, legal processes, and HR policies.
Experience with HRIS administration.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and HR analytics skills.
