Qualification: Graduation Mandatory | MBA in HR Preferred
ARX India Private Limited is hiring an HR & Administration Executive to manage HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, compliance, and administrative activities across the organization. This opportunity is ideal for HR Generalists with strong experience in HR operations, statutory compliance, and employee management.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate employee communication activities across the organization, including Delhi and PAN India projects.
• Coordinate with Admin Executives of different projects for daily operational requirements.
• Handle complete employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, induction, employee engagement, performance support, and exit formalities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including EPF, ESIC, labour laws, and internal HR policies.
• Manage logistics, vendor coordination, and administrative requirements.
• Maintain HRIS/HRIM systems and ensure accurate employee data management.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll-related software systems.
• Handle travel and mobility requirements, including hotel arrangements, ticket bookings, visa applications/renewals, and vehicle arrangements.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist profile.
• Graduation is mandatory; MBA in HR is preferred.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance and HR operations.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR payroll software.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
