The company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for Product and Engineering teams across the APAC region. This hybrid role is based in Bengaluru and requires close collaboration with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top technical talent across product development, engineering, cloud, AI, data, and related technology functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing expertise, experience hiring for product organizations, and hands-on knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and data-driven recruitment strategies.
Key responsibilities include leading the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through offer management and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define recruitment strategies, and support timely hiring decisions aligned with business priorities. Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, job portals, networking, and talent communities. Build and maintain talent pipelines for Software Engineering, Cloud, Data Engineering, AI and Machine Learning, DevOps, Quality Assurance, Product Management, and other niche technology skills. Conduct candidate screening and assessments to evaluate technical capability, role fit, and cultural alignment. Use recruitment metrics and market intelligence to improve sourcing effectiveness, reduce time to fill, enhance quality of hire, and increase offer acceptance rates. Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through proactive communication and smooth interview coordination. Maintain accurate recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System while ensuring compliance with recruitment processes and company policies. Collaborate with HR, People Operations, and business stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes and strengthen the employer brand.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, including significant experience hiring for Product and Engineering organizations within a corporate or executive search environment. Proven experience hiring Software Engineers, Staff Engineers, Architects, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, AI and Machine Learning Engineers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers, and Product Managers is essential. Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and modern sourcing channels is required. Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, offer negotiation, and onboarding support is expected. A strong understanding of the technology hiring landscape, compensation benchmarking, and talent market trends will be an advantage.
