The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, cultural events, wellness programs, recognition programs, and internal communication activities while fostering a positive workplace environment.

Coordinate wellness programs and employee recognition initiatives.

Independently manage employee engagement activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve employee satisfaction.
Requirements
2ā4 years of hands-on experience in Employee Engagement.
Experience in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, cultural events, wellness programs, recognition programs, and internal communication.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to independently drive employee engagement activities.
