Prompt Personnel is hiring a Key Account Manager – Senior Payroll for its Malad West, Mumbai location. The organization operates in the Payroll, Staffing, and HR Outsourcing industry and is looking for an experienced payroll professional who can manage key client accounts, oversee large-scale payroll operations, and deliver exceptional client service.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing payroll operations for more than 2,000 employees, ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving service excellence through effective stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and strengthen relationships with key client accounts.
Handle payroll operations for more than 2,000 employees.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Resolve client escalations and manage stakeholder expectations.
Monitor service level agreements, statutory compliance, and operational performance.
Drive client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Prepare MIS reports and monitor payroll performance metrics.
Requirements
6–8 years of experience in Payroll Operations.
Strong experience in Key Account Management and Client Relationship Management.
Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF compliance.
Experience in service delivery and stakeholder management.
Strong knowledge of MIS reporting and SLA monitoring.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
