Job Description
Envisage Global is hiring an HR Business Partner ā Talent Engagement for Mumbai, Pune, and Chandigarh locations. The role operates in the US Shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM and is focused on driving employee engagement, performance management, capability building, and overall employee experience within a fast-paced BPS environment.
The selected candidate will lead employee engagement initiatives, pulse surveys, employee feedback mechanisms, and end-to-end issue resolution processes.
Responsibilities include managing performance management cycles, goal setting, performance improvement plans (PIP), calibration exercises with business leaders, and supporting capability development initiatives.
The role also involves driving attrition control measures, retention strategies, employee relations management, grievance handling, discipline governance, compliance monitoring, and exit management activities.
Candidates will be responsible for maintaining HR dashboards, reports, trackers, and supporting Rewards & Recognition programs across the organization.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving.
Preference will be given to professionals with prior experience in BPO, KPO, ITES, Finance, or BPS environments and exposure to working in US shifts.
Candidates should be capable of independently driving HR initiatives and partnering with business leaders to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
