Magicpin is hiring an HR, Talent Acquisition & Administration Professional for its Gurgaon office. Magicpin operates in the Technology, Information and Internet industry with approximately 501-1000 employees. The company is India's leading hyperlocal discovery and savings platform, helping consumers discover and save at local businesses across food, fashion, beauty, pharmacy, and other categories.
This role is ideal for dynamic HR professionals who thrive in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments and enjoy balancing people operations, talent acquisition, and workplace administration. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, stakeholder management, interview coordination, and offer management. The role also involves managing HR operations across onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, employee engagement initiatives, policy implementation, and people-related programs.
The candidate will partner closely with business leaders on hiring strategy, workforce planning, and various people-related priorities. Additional responsibilities include overseeing administration, workplace operations, facilities management, vendor coordination, travel management, employee support services, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.
The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in a startup or high-growth environment with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Employee Lifecycle Management, Administration, Workplace Management, Vendor Coordination, Facilities Management, Travel Management, and Employee Support. Candidates should possess excellent stakeholder management, communication, execution, and problem-solving skills.
