Techknomatic Services Pvt. Ltd. is a technology-focused organization delivering software development, IT consulting, digital transformation, and technology solutions to clients across various industries. The company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead Talent Acquisition and HR Operations in a fast-paced technology environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes, ensuring timely sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates. The role includes complete employee lifecycle management covering onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separation processes.
Key responsibilities include maintaining HR documentation, employee records, and HRMS administration. The candidate will coordinate background verification activities and onboarding processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role also requires managing recruitment reporting, workforce analytics, MIS preparation, and providing insights to support organizational decision-making.
The HR Manager will be expected to drive HR process improvements, support compliance management initiatives, and contribute to building efficient HR operations. Candidates with prior experience in IT, software, or technology organizations will be preferred.
Applicants should possess strong knowledge of HRMS platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment processes, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, reporting, and workforce analytics.
