Job Description
A leading Mother & Child Conceptual Hospitals group is hiring an AGM HR / GM HR – Strategic Human Resources for its Hyderabad operations. The organization is seeking a highly experienced HR leader with extensive exposure to healthcare and hospital HR management. The candidate must have a minimum of 20 years of overall HR experience, with at least the last 10 years exclusively within hospital environments.
The selected candidate will be responsible for driving the overall Human Resources strategy, workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, leadership development, succession planning, and transformation initiatives across hospital operations.
Key responsibilities include strategic HR planning, recruitment and talent acquisition leadership, compensation and benefits management, performance management systems, employee relations, workforce productivity initiatives, policy formulation, HR governance, compliance management, and organizational culture development. The role requires close collaboration with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives and healthcare operational goals.
The candidate will lead large-scale HR operations, oversee manpower planning, employee lifecycle management, learning and development initiatives, retention strategies, and HR analytics. Strong experience in healthcare workforce management, hospital staffing models, labour compliance, stakeholder management, and change management is essential.
Applicants should possess excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and strategic planning capabilities. Experience managing HR functions in multi-specialty hospitals, healthcare networks, or large healthcare organizations will be highly preferred.
