GP Supply Chain Pvt Ltd is hiring a Human Resources Manager for its office at Jakkur Plantation, Yelahanka, Bangalore. This opportunity is ideal for experienced HR professionals who can lead and manage end-to-end Human Resources functions while supporting business growth in a fast-growing supply chain and logistics organization. The role focuses on building strong HR practices, ensuring compliance and creating a productive workplace culture. GP Supply Chain is an integrated supply chain management company providing 4PL services across multiple business segments.
The selected candidate will manage and oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, staffing, employee relations, HR operations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination and organizational development. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee grievances and conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with labour laws, PF and ESIC regulations, supporting workforce planning, employee engagement and retention strategies, coordinating payroll and benefits administration with the finance team, preparing HR reports and dashboards, maintaining employee records, conducting training and development initiatives and promoting a positive and productive workplace culture.
Candidates should have relevant Human Resources experience with strong knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliance, PF, ESIC and labour laws. Applicants should possess excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Advanced Excel and HR processes along with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
