The company is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for its Pune office in a hybrid work model. The selected candidate will execute end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned GCC roles from intake to offer while working closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead. Responsibilities include managing job postings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews with stakeholders, conducting initial candidate screenings, supporting sourcing activities through LinkedIn, job boards, and talent pipelines, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process, maintaining accurate recruitment data in OP and ATS systems, and supporting recruitment reporting. The role requires strong execution, organization, and timely delivery, the ability to work in a structured process-driven environment, effective communication with hiring managers and HR teams, high attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining efficient and consistent recruitment processes. Candidates should have at least 3 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in high-volume or operational recruitment environments such as GCC or SSC. Experience in IT hiring is an added advantage. The role requires candidates to be based in Pune and comfortable working from the office three days a week.
