Job Description
White Gold is hiring an HR Intern for its Koramangala, Bangalore office. Financial Services. 51–200 employees. This internship is ideal for candidates who are currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Immediate joiners are preferred. The selected candidate will assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels, screen resumes, shortlist suitable candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates and hiring managers, maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases, support employee onboarding and documentation, prepare offer letters, complete joining formalities, maintain employee records, coordinate employee engagement activities, handle routine HR administrative tasks, and support the HR team in day-to-day operations and special projects. Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, good organizational and time management abilities, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. The internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment and HR operations, practical experience in employee lifecycle management, mentorship from experienced HR professionals, skill development opportunities, and the potential for a full-time role based on performance. Working days are Monday to Saturday and working hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. A stipend will be provided.
