Domnic Lewis is hiring a Senior HR Leader for a leading Global Pharma Company in Bengaluru. Pharmaceuticals. This opportunity is open to professionals with 15–18 years of progressive Human Resources and People & Organization experience, including leadership responsibility. Prior experience in setting up, scaling, and leading a Global Capability Center or Offshore Development Center is mandatory. The selected candidate will own and oversee the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, employee retention, and offboarding. The role includes driving operational excellence across People and Organization processes, implementing global HR initiatives for India, strengthening the talent pipeline for the Site Leadership Team, driving business excellence programs, talent mapping, performance management, compensation and benefits, statutory compliance, labour law compliance, HR operations, HR systems, vendor management, budget management, employee data integrity, HR business partnering, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, stakeholder management, and people-related decision-making. The candidate will also manage external HR vendors, ensure Prevention of Sexual Harassment compliance, conduct POSH training, and serve as a member of the POSH Committee. Candidates should possess strong experience in multinational and matrix organizations, HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors, Microsoft Office, cross-functional stakeholder management, process implementation, international exposure, and cross-cultural collaboration, preferably with Europe or the United Kingdom.
