Job Description
Chadwick Professional Services is hiring a Director / Talent Acquisition Leader for a rapidly growing Media Technology Global Capability Center (GCC). This leadership role will report to the CHRO or Country Head and will be responsible for defining and executing the organization's talent acquisition strategy to support business growth and GCC expansion. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end hiring strategy, build and mentor a high-performing Talent Acquisition team across multiple locations, and partner with business leaders, engineering heads, product leaders, and HR Business Partners to forecast workforce requirements. Responsibilities include designing scalable recruitment processes, governance models, and hiring frameworks, leading recruitment for senior leadership, engineering, product, AI/ML, data, cloud, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and niche technology roles, developing innovative sourcing strategies using market intelligence, talent mapping, executive search, and employer branding, building relationships with universities, technology communities, recruitment partners, and industry forums, monitoring recruitment metrics including Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer-to-Join Ratio, Quality of Hire, and Candidate Experience, driving diversity hiring initiatives, optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems and AI-enabled recruitment solutions, ensuring compliance with employment laws and hiring policies, supporting workforce planning, succession planning, and strategic talent initiatives, and representing the organization at industry events and employer branding activities. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in scaling technology organizations, preferably within MediaTech, Digital Platforms, OTT, Streaming, AdTech, MarTech, or Global Capability Centers, along with strong expertise in executive hiring, stakeholder management, and global recruitment.
