Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager with a strong HR Generalist background across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Compliance. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end HR functions while fostering a positive and high-performance work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
ā¢ Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate roles.
ā¢ Coordinate manpower planning with department heads.
ā¢ Handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
ā¢ Design salary structures and issue offer and appointment letters.
Performance Management & Talent Development:
ā¢ Implement KRAs, performance appraisals, and performance reviews.
ā¢ Drive competency mapping and succession planning.
ā¢ Identify high-potential employees and leadership development opportunities.
ā¢ Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and execute learning programs.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
ā¢ Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
ā¢ Address employee queries and concerns.
ā¢ Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement action plans.
ā¢ Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
HR Operations & Compliance:
ā¢ Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
ā¢ Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and full & final settlements.
ā¢ Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
ā¢ Handle internal and external audits.
Employee Relations:
ā¢ Support grievance handling and disciplinary processes.
ā¢ Maintain healthy workplace relations and resolve employee issues.
ā¢ Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth HR operations.
Team Management:
ā¢ Lead and manage the HR team, including HR Executives, Recruiters, and Admin staff.
ā¢ Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
ā¢ Ensure timely completion of HR activities and employee support.
Key Competencies:
ā¢ Strong understanding of HR Generalist functions.
ā¢ Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
ā¢ Hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll systems.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
ā¢ Candidates from the FMCG, Bakery, Sweets, or Confectionery industry will be preferred.
ā¢ Experience handling end-to-end HR Generalist responsibilities.
ā¢ Exposure to compliance, audits, and employee lifecycle management.
