The organization welcomes around 15,000 students annually and is committed to delivering quality education while fostering a collaborative and globally oriented work environment. ECA Global is hiring a Human Resource Manager for the Education Sector in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The selected candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, policy administration, performance management, and HR support for both academic and non-academic staff. The role involves partnering with deans, department heads, and hiring committees for faculty and staff recruitment, managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring fair hiring practices, designing onboarding and orientation programs, advising employees and management on workplace issues, conducting investigations into employee grievances and policy violations, supporting faculty-related HR processes including tenure reviews, sabbaticals, and contract renewals, ensuring compliance with labour laws and higher education regulations, maintaining employee handbooks and academic policies, managing labour relations where applicable, facilitating staff performance evaluations, supporting faculty academic reviews, identifying learning and development needs, implementing professional development initiatives, and assisting leadership with succession planning and organizational restructuring. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of employment laws, faculty structures, conflict resolution, talent management, and higher education HR practices. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, while a Master's degree is preferred.
