The Senior Specialist - Talent Acquisition will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for international BPO operations, with a strong focus on hiring talent for sales and digital marketing roles across both high-volume and specialized hiring requirements. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, creating job descriptions, defining candidate profiles, sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, direct sourcing, and other recruitment channels, conducting candidate screening, interviews, assessments, reference checks, offer negotiations, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
The role requires collaborating with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives, analyzing hiring requirements, monitoring talent market trends, maintaining talent pipelines for critical positions, tracking recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, preparing recruitment reports and presentations, and providing recruitment insights to leadership teams.
Additional responsibilities include acting as a trusted recruitment advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on interviewing techniques, recruitment best practices, talent assessment, continuously improving recruitment processes, evaluating recruitment tools and technologies, enhancing candidate experience, and ensuring compliance with employment laws, recruitment policies, and organizational standards.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition and sourcing. Strong communication, stakeholder management, interviewing, candidate assessment, organizational, analytical, and time management skills are essential. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, recruitment technologies, sourcing tools, and recruiting in a fast-paced environment is required. Experience hiring for sales, digital marketing, and international BPO roles will be an added advantage.
