The HR professional will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, policy implementation, and statutory compliance while supporting organizational growth and employee development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, HRMS, and documentation.
Coordinate attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HR operations.
Drive employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Support performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and HR reporting.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring.
Prepare HR MIS, reports, and maintain employee databases.
Eligibility
Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
Skills Required
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Experience in payroll and compliance coordination.
Hands-on experience with HRMS and MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Excellent problem-solving, time management, and teamwork abilities.
