Job Description
Asha Sweet Center is looking for an experienced Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Payroll to join the HR team in Malleswaram, Bengaluru. Candidates should have 5–8 years of relevant payroll experience and must have independently managed payroll for 800–1,500 employees. Experience in Retail, Manufacturing, FMCG, Food Industry, Hospitality or QSR is preferred. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end monthly payroll processing, payroll validation covering attendance, leave, overtime, incentives and Full and Final settlements, managing statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Bonus and Gratuity, handling payroll reconciliation, MIS and audit support, coordinating with HR, Finance and Operations to ensure timely payroll processing and ensuring compliance with Karnataka labour laws and payroll timelines. Candidates should have strong knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliance, excellent Excel skills, hands-on experience with HRMS or Payroll software, high attention to detail, an analytical mindset and strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Karnataka or willing to work from the Malleswaram, Bengaluru office.
