Job Description
Cloud Annotation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and proactive HR Executive & Operations Admin to join its growing team in Pune. The role involves coordinating with Delivery Leads, Managers, and Project Teams to ensure smooth HR and operational processes, handling employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities, maintaining employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation, supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring smooth office administration and operational activities. The candidate will monitor and streamline HR processes, office operations, and company policies, drive process compliance and motivate employees to follow organizational standards and best practices, coordinate employee communication, meetings, and internal activities, support vendor coordination, office assets, administration, and general operational activities, and assist leadership in implementing HR policies, employee welfare initiatives, and organizational improvements. Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in HR Operations and Office Administration, a good understanding of HR processes and office administration, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, strong coordination, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and a positive attitude with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
