At StarClinch, the company is building India’s leading artist booking and entertainment-tech platform. From artist discovery and bookings to payments and execution, StarClinch powers the entire event ecosystem through technology. The company is looking for a highly execution-driven Senior Associate – Human Resources who understands startup culture, hiring pressure and people operations in a fast-moving environment. This role is suitable for someone who can balance recruitment, HR operations, employee management and process building while working closely with leadership. Talent Acquisition and Hiring responsibilities include handling end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles, sourcing, screening, scheduling and coordinating interviews, maintaining a strong pipeline of ready-to-join candidates and working closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements. The role will ensure quick turnaround time in closures and hiring coordination and manage offer rollouts, negotiations and onboarding communication. HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle responsibilities include managing onboarding and induction processes, handling employee documentation, letters and HR records, maintaining employee databases and HRMS systems, coordinating attendance, leave records and employee data management, managing exit formalities and full and final documentation and supporting payroll inputs and monthly HR coordination. Employee Engagement and Retention responsibilities include assisting with employee engagement initiatives and team activities, coordinating feedback collection and employee concerns, supporting retention efforts and culture-building initiatives and working closely with managers to improve employee experience. Process Building and HR Analytics responsibilities include maintaining recruitment and HR MIS reports, tracking hiring metrics such as turnaround time, offer-to-join ratio and attrition trends, supporting the implementation of structured HR workflows and policies and working with ATS tools, job portals and AI-enabled hiring systems. Candidates should have 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in startups. The role is suitable for strong recruiters who can independently close positions, professionals comfortable handling multiple priorities simultaneously and candidates who are practical, organized and execution-focused with an understanding of startup work culture and fast decision-making. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field, strong communication and interpersonal skills, hands-on experience with hiring portals and sourcing platforms, familiarity with HRMS and ATS systems, good command over Excel and reporting and the ability to work in a fast-paced and ownership-driven environment. The role provides direct exposure to startup scaling and business operations, an opportunity to work closely with leadership, high ownership and visible impact on team building, a fast learning curve and dynamic work environment and exposure to AI-led systems and operational processes. The position is based in Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi and requires working from the office from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
