The Senior HR Associate will thrive in a fast paced and high growth environment while taking complete ownership of HR processes. This role is responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, performance management, HR operations, policy implementation and compliance. The position requires working closely with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to translate business goals into workforce planning, headcount planning, budgeting, talent retention and culture building.
Use HR data and analytics to support organizational decisions and proactively identify people related risks and opportunities.
Draft, review and implement HR policies while ensuring legal compliance, proper documentation and regular policy updates.
Drive KRA and KPI frameworks across teams and ensure timely completion of performance review cycles.
Coordinate employee evaluations and maintain accurate performance records.
Strengthen employee engagement through regular feedback, surveys and engagement initiatives while presenting actionable insights to management.
Manage attendance validation, payroll processing through HRMS platforms such as Keka and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Administer employee benefits including insurance, leave management and wellness programs while resolving employee queries.
Identify learning and development needs, organize training programs and facilitate workshops for continuous employee growth.
Manage complete HR operations including reference checks, onboarding, employee records, internal transfers, exits and grievance handling.
Own the complete employee lifecycle from offer acceptance, pre boarding, onboarding, confirmation, career progression, internal mobility and exit management.
Manage end to end recruitment including job description creation, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, assessments, offer rollout and onboarding while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Mandatory 4 to 5 years of hands on experience across HR Operations, Talent Acquisition and People Management.
Strong understanding of HR processes, HR systems and industry best practices.
Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
Ability to work in a fast paced, high ownership and dynamic environment.
