MedPlus Health Services Ltd. is hiring an Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition for its Diagnostics Recruitment team at RR Nagar, Bangalore. Healthcare, Pharmacy and Diagnostics company.
The role requires candidates with 4 or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the healthcare industry. Candidates currently based in Karnataka will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for the Diagnostics Recruitment team.
Handle recruitment for Laboratory Technicians and other healthcare positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management and onboarding.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for healthcare recruitment.
Ensure timely hiring while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
Healthcare Talent Acquisition experience is mandatory.
Experience hiring Laboratory Technicians.
Strong end-to-end recruitment experience.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Candidates currently based in Karnataka will be preferred.
Work Schedule
Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
6 days working with Sunday as the fixed weekly off.
