AGR Knowledge Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Consultant (Executive) – People & Organization for its Mumbai office. The company operates in the research and consulting industry with approximately 201–500 employees. It provides outsourced research solutions to global manufacturing, financial services, consulting, and technology companies and has completed more than 3,000 assignments for over 250 global clients. This is a contractual work from office opportunity with a 5-day work week for professionals with 1–2 years of experience. The role involves supporting HR initiatives and policies by aligning them with business needs, developing industry-specific HR knowledge, managing end-to-end talent acquisition requirements, supporting employee engagement initiatives, addressing employee queries and resolving minor employee relations issues, providing administrative support for training, performance management, and development programs, facilitating employee learning initiatives, identifying learning needs, supporting psychometric assessments, compiling and organizing HR analytics for decision-making, collaborating with employees and project managers, and supporting various People and Organization initiatives and projects. The ideal candidate should have a foundation in psychology, experience in training and development initiatives, strong communication and interpersonal skills, an ownership mindset, excellent execution capabilities, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to work independently while building strong stakeholder relationships.
